​Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Receipt of deposit secures your space.

​Wait List Policy

Your name is kept on file in the order it was received for each specific workshop and if there is a cancellation we will contact the next person on the wait list. 
Our teachers are popular and many return for subsequent workshops. However, course content, fees and locations are all subject to change, therefore regretfully, we cannot move you from a wait list in a current workshop over to a future one.
To learn when new workshops are scheduled and open for registration please visit our website often and subscribe to our newsletters.

​Payment

Payment methods include:   PayPal; and major credit cards (via PayPal) and Interac e-Transfer. Some options available to Canadians only.   *Note:  4 % handling fee applied if using PayPal. Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Note: Receipt of payment guarantees your space.

​Cancellation Policy

Tuition is non-refundable. If there is a wait list for the workshop you are registered in, we will attempt to fill your spot. If we are successful you will receive a refund of your tuition less an admin fee of $100.00.
If cancelling within 60 days of commencement and we can fill your space you will receive a refund less a $300.00 admin fee.  Sorry, no exceptions.
​Your cancellation must be emailed to [email protected].    (Note: If we fill your space we cannot refund PayPal fees and you will also incur the PayPal fees on any refunded portion.) 
Should we need to cancel any workshop that has not attained the minimum number of students you will be contacted by email and may choose another workshop or receive a full refund. (less PayPal fees)
Venue locations changes:   Venue changes may happen without notice.  We reserve the right to change locations should it become necessary..   
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD which would cause the workshop to be cancelled Vancouver Island Art Workshops will refund your tuition less any Pay Pal fees as we did in 2020.
Students are advised to purchase refundable airline tickets and/or travel insurance.
Registrations cannot be transferred to other workshops.

Passports ​​

US citizens require passports for travel to Canada.​

​Supply List​

​Upon receipt of your deposit, we will email you a confirmation of registration.  Supply list will be forwarded once provided by the instructor.

​We adjust hours and select venues to best suit the requirements for our workshops.  This information can be found in each workshop description on the workshop page.  (We reserve the right to change venues if required.)
