To learn when new workshops are scheduled and open for registration please visit our website often and watch for future newsletters.
Cancellation Policy
Tuition is non-refundable. If there is a wait list for the workshop you are registered in, we will attempt to fill your spot. If we are successful you will receive a refund of your full tuition less an administration fee of $100.00.
Should we need to cancel any workshop that has not attained the minimum number of students you will be contacted by email and may choose another workshop or receive a full refund.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD which would cause the workshop to be cancelled once the minimum number of students has been reached, Vancouver Island Art Workshops reserves the right to re-schedule the workshop at a later date.Students are advised to purchase refundable airline tickets and/or travel insurance.
